Happy Thanksgiving! No rehearsals this week since so many students are gone celebrating with family.
Please be sure to keep practicing at home all the dances and music that has been taught. Winter Assembly We've been asked to perform a number for the Winter Assembly which is December 20th. We'll be performing Fancy Dress- the big opening number with all the cast. Please note, this is a completely optional performance opportunity for our students. In order to prepare for this, we'll need to add some rehearsal time to our calendar in December. We'll finalize what that will look like this week so you can decide if the assembly performance is something you want to participate in or not. Rehearsals this week

Cast Fee Update The $60 cast fee has now been charged to student's accounts. You can pay it in Focus or you may also call Ms. Flanagan and pay over the phone. Thanks for your patience in getting this set up! Rehearsals This Week Thursday- November 14
Verify T-shirt Size Form In the parent meeting we said we'd create a form for you to verify your student's t-shirt size before we get them ordered. Here is the T-shirt Size Form. If you feel confident in the size your student put on the audition form, there's no need to fill it out. This form will close this Friday, November 15th. Parent Meeting Video For those who missed the Parent Meeting Night, we have a video recording that discusses all the things we discussed in the meeting. Please note, we're re-using the video we used from last year. There are just some minor changes. We also have all updated information listed in this document. Performances for double-casted roles At rehearsal this week we had our Mrs. Tottendale's draw out which night each cast is performing. This is just for those who received a role that has been double cast to know when they will perform their part. Everyone is expected to perform all 6 performances. Double-casted cast members will spend their off nights performing in the ensemble.
Rehearsals this week
Everyone needs to come to rehearsal on Wednesday and Thursday. We are learning the choreography for Fancy Dress. Please remember to fill out the attendance google form if your student is sick, unable to attend or leaving early. Monday, 11/4
Choreography Videos Choreography videos will be posted for students to practice with at home. Students can find the Choreography videos and Music to practice with under the Musical menu item. Cast Fee Update The cast fee will be charged to your student's account sometime next week. Thanks for your patience as our front office staff has been extremely busy this year. |
