Please check your emails because 3 separate emails were sent with valuable information about costumes, tickets, concession SignUp Genius, stage make-up, volunteer positions that need to be filled for nights of the show and our big push to finish the set this Tuesday from 6-8pm. Cast T-shirts: cast shirts will be give out Tuesday. If the cast fee has not been paid your student will not be able to get their shirt until it is paid. Please see the email sent out Friday about how to pay the cast fee. 
Ticket Information:  
    The tickets for Willy Wonka JR will be going on sale this week. Before our regular sales start, there will be a pre-sale for the families of the cast and crew to ensure that they have an opportunity to buy tickets. 
    The pre-sale will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7:00pm. Links to the sales site will be sent out on Tuesday.
    During the pre-sale, there is an allotment for each cast/crew member of 6 tickets per show. Once regular sales begin, tickets may be purchased in blocks of 10 with no limit.
    In the past, there have been violations of the pre-sale policy. In order to ensure that all families have an equal  opportunity to purchase tickets, the ticketing committee will be monitoring sales and canceling orders that are found to be in violation.
